All includes QUALITY Seminole low starch feeds NO JUNK FEED and Quality HAY, Seminole grass balancer free choice. Lots of EXTRAS!

$475 includes private Stall, daily turnout on improved pasture,(as much or little as your horsey needs, stall cleaned 2 plus x daily fed 2x daily.

$350 you supply all feed hay shavings we feed 2 x a day and clean stalls.

Our barn is a quiet barn with no dramas

We offer:
* Daily turnout for
* feeding morning and evening grain and hay.
* daily stall cleaning
* spraying the horses with fly spray before turnout (you provide the fly spray ).
* rinse off after turnout as needed.
* in winter, if necessary, putting on a winter blanket in the evening and taking it of in the morning.

The facility offers :
-a round pen
-an arena
-bathroom
-a shared tack room (with fridge )
-3 turnout areas.
-washing rack.
-4 cross ties.
-sitting area with tables.


In every stall you’d find:
2 buckets of water.
One feeder.
One fan.
Beddings

The board does not include :
* veterinarian treatment
* farrier
* training/exercise rides
* lunging
* special care after a vet or farrier

There is an option for training/exercising rides , lunging or give an extra care after the vet or farrier with extra fees

If its the mosquito time of the year, we have our own fogger to take care of it.

We are a clean and quiet barn and no dramas.
No pets (cats , dogs ec.)
