BOARDING RATES:
SELF BOARDING = $150 per month
We provide stall, pasture turn out/in, boarder provides feed, hay, bedding material, and cleans own stall as well as at least one feeding, and other horse care (farrier, shots, etc.)
You also get up to 3 "freebie" days per month where we'll do the stall cleaning and feedings for you. We realize that one can't always make it, so we allow for these 3 days to help with this.

We are a Bulk Horse bedding supplier of fine all pine shavings. We offer bulk loads from 15 to 100 yards (prices vary). We also bag our shavings on site. We have 50lb clear loose filled bags of fine bedding for $4.00.

Our boarding facility has openings for full stall board for $350 a month. We are also offering reduced board for boarders who can clean stalls each week.
Our board includes feeding of Nutrena Safe Choice pellet feed and Triumph sweet feed twice a day, as well as coastal hay. If an alternative hay or feed is requested we can provide it with alteration to the board. We provide full bedding as well. Stalls are cleaned every day, your horse will never step back into a dirty stall.
With this the horses are stalled during the day and turned out into the paddocks at night, this applies in the spring and summer. The schedule is switched during the fall and winter months. Each horse is well looked after and inspected each time they are led from and to the barn, we make sure each horses needs are met.
The horses are turned out in groups according to behavior. We separate any horses that do not get along to avoid all injuries. Boarders are informed of all farrier and vet appointments.

We are an easy drive from Zephyrhills, Dade City, N. Tampa, Winter Haven, Bartow, N. Lakeland, Polk City, Brandon, Valrico, Seffner, Kissimmee &Temple Terrace. The barn has fifteen 12x12 stalls, each with a large window. The horses have daily turn out in our grassy paddocks. There are 2 inside wash racks, as well as 3 outside wash racks. An air-conditioned and heated lounge provides for socialization and for watching after-lesson videos. Our oversized, LIGHTED riding arena has full jumper and hunter courses and is perfect for riding year round. For the past 28 years he has devoted his time to passing on his knowledge of riding to others. Pat has excellent, positive communication skills with horses and riders and has successfully trained clients at all riding levels. He trains horses from green-broke to the advanced Hunter/Jumper divisions. Pat also lives right on the property.

Pat truly enjoys teaching his students to become better riders. He strives to make each client’s riding experience enjoyable and informative. He is the type of trainer that when he tells you what to do on a horse, he explains why he wants you to do it, and what he expects you to see and feel as a result of what he’s asking. If you want an individualized trainer, this is where you should be.
