Cottonwood Equestrian Center in Lithia is offering spacious stalls (12x12 & 12x14) for $675 full stall board. Full board includes day or night turn out, rotational deworming every other month, custom feed program, blanketing and unblanketing in winter months and we are happy to fly spray before turn out if you leave your fly spray bottle on the blanket bar on the stall. We use slow feed hay nets to ensure everything is eaten instead of walked into the bedding. The barn is equipped with a bathroom and we have a small refrigerator for your convenience. Additionally, the tack room is climate-controlled, has an equine meds refrigerator. Beautiful, quiet 15-acre property has a 70-foot round pen, multiple riding pastures, two full size dressage courts and a full jump course, grass turn outs, spacious hacking path and the Alafia State Trail Reserve less than 2 miles away. A covered wash rack, grooming area in the barn and free trailer parking. Within reasonable driving distance to Brandon Equine and for a low trailering fee, availability depending of course, I will trailer for you in case of an ambulatory emergency or if you would like to simply save money for a routine visit by trailering in versus them coming out for a farm call, I can accommodate you there as well. Situated on nearly 30 pristine acres adjacent to Highway 27 in northwest Marion County, our goal is to develop The Equine Performance Center ( EPC) into the finest and most complete conditioning and equine rehabilitation facility in the nation. Our new farm is located in Dunnellon just 5 minutes away from rainbow springs, 15 minutes from HITS, 20 minutes from WEC, 30 minutes to Ocala, 30 minutes to Crystal River and 45 minutes to Gainesville. We are also close to many different state parks great for trail riding! We are on a 40 acre facility and in the process of putting up all brand new fencing, shelters in each pasture with misters for non sweaters in these crucial summer months, arena, round pen, nice center isle barn, and more!! We also have a pond that is safe for swimming your horses in.

We may not be the cheapest around or have our facility completely finished yet but we can guarantee the care, respect and loyalty you and your horse will receive will be worth it.
