Location is 30 min from Oregon City towards the cascade foothills.
Owner must have horse trailer and a horse that loads easily in case of future emergency fire evacuations.
This facility is setup for trail riding horses mostly.

Facility offers:
Feed plans designed for each individual horse which includes local grass, orchard and alfalfa hay available, along with LMF grain. Our barn utilizes Portagrazer feeders that helps simulate grazing. Stalls are cleaned twice daily, 72' x 144' covered arena with Nike footing, 60' x 72' covered working arena. We have a beautiful viewing room and break room with bathroom facilities and kitchenette, warm water wash rack, trails, shared tack room. We have a worming program available (not included in monthly cost), blanket washing available (not included in monthly cost), discount for multiple horses, on site professional training services (separate contract, Kathy Howe Training Stables).
