Fortunato Farm is an immaculate, full service facility, providing excellent care with over 30 years of experience. We are located 10 minutes from the CT shoreline in the rural area of Killingworth CT. We offer a variety of options: 10X12 heated stalls w/interlocking mats, 10X10 stalls with individual paddock for 24/7 turn out & 200X100 pasture/run in shed. The140X60 Indoor riding arena & the 180X172 outdoor riding arena footing is prepped daily. We have more paddocks then we can count as new pastures are added yearly so we may accommodate our horses in groups or alone. Both wash stalls have hot water w/heat lamps, laundry room offers washer & dryer that can clean even the biggest blanket! About Boarding at Crossroad Farm Riding Academy:
Nine stalls, an indoor heated wash room, tack room and grooming area with cross-ties. During the summer months, a fan ventilation system provides cooling and comfort for the horses in the stalls.

Hay is provided three times a day, and grain is given in the morning and evenings. Waters are changed daily and monitored throughout the day.

Horses are turned out on a daily basis in individual paddocks, as well as in one large grass field.

The stalls are fully equipped with a surveillance system for complete around-the-clock care and monitoring of the horses’ well-being.

The farm is fully gated and owners are on-site to ensure the best possible care is provided to the horses.
