Let's start with your horses home. Horse owners who are looking for the most out of their boarding can enjoy indoor stalls with rubber floors and bedding, auto waterers, daily cleaning, and full care. Stalls go into a 50 foot run and these horses have an option to be turned out into a large paddock. All indoor boarders get an access to an exclusive heated tack room/lounge room with fridge and BBQ grill. You are paying for an experience and not just a home for your horse. Sit on the leather couches and plan your day. Pasture horses have lean two's and plenty of room, and clean water tanks to keep them hydrated. All horses are fed quality grass hay twice daily with options for grain feeding. The owner is a well known and very experienced farrier who can take care of any farrier needs. Also a large vet clinic is less than 20 minutes away. We have a full size outdoor arena and a oversized indoor round pen that can be used to keep your horses exercised year round. You can enjoy riding your horses on the ranches 400 acres. The ranch has it's own lake. You can pack a lunch and head to the lake for a peaceful meal. Boarders can ride through the cattle herd and enjoy the Colorado cowboy life. The ranch also offers many other activities. Tack room and trailer parking is all behind locked gates to keep your things safe. Located a short hour drive along I-76 just outside of Denver, which makes this simple to get to but away from the hustle and bustle of the city. CWRS is a full care boarding facility that proudly to offers a very friendly, low-key, relaxed atmosphere that welcomes all disciplines and equines. We have a mix of riders and horses here at CWRS, from jumpers to barrel racers and registered horses to rescue horses. All are welcomed.
CWRS has no barbed wire fencing on the property. The entire 160 acres uses bio polar horse guard electric fencing. There is over 400 acres of surround pasture to ride on with steep and sloping hills, soft sand creak bed, and large flat areas.
We have a 200 x 120 piped riding arena with jumps, barrels, and poles. The arena is groomed regularly. Next to the arena is a 50 foot piped round pen. Miles of dirt roads to ride on.
Boarding and care options fully customizable. Only pay for the services you and your horse need.
We offer multiple horse, Military/Police/Fire discount.

We are a high quality, full care horse boarding facility with years of experience to properly care for your horse. Facilities include a lighted indoor arena with heated viewing room, large outdoor arena,round pen, hot-water washrack, tackroom, public restroom and free trailer parking. All on 35 acres. We also have a hacking path around the property, with some obstacles to keep it interesting. Our barn is attached to the indoor riding arena so you never have to go outside in poor weather. We offer box stalls, with runs, and loafing sheds with runs. Our box stalls feature Nelson automatic waterer, rubber mat flooring, and plenty of shavings. A small and private facility boasting the best of both boarding worlds. We have a large 120X240 outdoor arena, round pen, and large turnout pastures. Your horses can be in either a pasture facility with state of the art shelters, or in our BRAND NEW 12X12 stalls with runs attached. Turnout is included if desired. Blanketing and unblanketing is also available and included if desired. Hay storage available. You can provide your own grain and hay, or I will and simply charge you what I pay. This is not the typical boarding facility filled with people who want to tell you everything about how to ride and care for your horse, it is a small private place with horse people who love what they do. Located 3 miles north of the CSU campus, Four Winds has been family owned and operated for 30+ years. Our Equestrian Facility services the northern Colorado region, offering horse boarding, horse sales, horse training and riding lessons. Much more than just a place to keep your horses, it's a place you can really relax and enjoy your horses. Plenty of space to ride including a full size multi-use indoor arena (70 ft x 180 ft) with a viewing platform and heated indoor viewing area. The indoor arena is watered and draged at least once per day (more with heavy use in the winter).

The two main outdoor arenas are purpose dedicated to eliminate setup time. The west side dressage arena (144 ft x 280 ft) always has markers up while jumps and poles can stay in place in the east side arena (160 ft x 244 ft). The outdoor arenas are dragged as needed but at least weekly. A third small outdoor turf arena is used mainly for walking and rehabilitation.

There's plenty of open space remaining on the facility's ~40 acres operating total if you want to gallop or test yourself and your horse on the cross country course.

The barn and indoor arena are bright and airy with dozens of massive skylights and solid wood rails, stalls and tack rooms.

Seven large tack and feed rooms mean you'll have space for storage, prep and work. All the tack and feed rooms have recently been improved with concrete floors.

There are eight cross-tie areas so there's never a wait to tack up. Other ammenities include a horse washing station for after your ride.

Boarding options include 12 x 16 ft. box stalls and 12 x12 ft. stalls with 12 x 32 outside runs, private or shared paddocks and a six acre pasture. Additionally grassy turnouts totaling approximately ten acres give all the boarded horses a place to kick up their heels.
