80 x 152 indoor riding arena
100 x 200 grass outdoor fenced arena available for riding when the footing is dry
Heated and air conditioned observation room with attached bathroom including a big dressing area. Feed room/ saddle racks
19 stalls on the premises
2 Wash racks with heated water and cross ties
Concrete isle ways in both barns
Bridle path encompasses the perimeter of the property. Perfect for trail riding, endurance training, and a future cross country jump course. 
Large gravel lot for car and trailer parking. Owners live on site.

Full training - Brooke has trained a number of green horses in dressage (teaching them first through third level movements; leg yields, shoulder-ins, half-passes, flying lead changes, etc.) and to event (beginner novice through the Preliminary level).

Boarding - 12 stalls in main/big arena barn -Stalls cleaned daily.
Stalls full 2018 but, 12x12 stall openings are available February/March 2019
Horses are turned outside daily weather permitted or in indoor arena if muddy or icy.

We offer full board for 400 a month. This includes hay, grain, stall cleaned daily and daily group turnout in our large grass pastures. Our stalls are 12x12. Indoor arena 60x180, outdoor 100x180. We are a 35 acre stable located 14 miles south of Columbus, Ohio. We provide full board with 12'x12' and 10'x10' matted, oak stalls and unlimited turnout in 12 paddocks with Ritchie heated water system. Full board includes use of our 100' x 200' outdoor arena, round pen, 60' x 200' insulated indoor arena with heated viewing area, indoor wash rack, and heated, indoor rest room. We have on-site management, feed our own hay, provide 12% pellet feed, and feed your horse the same as we do ours!
