Lana purchased the neighboring property to increase turnout and expand the useable space for her horses and riders. Lana likes to take advantage of the many amenities around the farm. She regularly takes her horses and students cross country schooling at several local cross country courses. Tall Pines Equine Rescue has been in operation since 2007 and has helped rescue, rehab and re-home numerous horses and dogs. We work closely with a equine nutritionist, our vet's only clients are horses and we take what we do seriously. The year 2011 will be a mile stone for us. We have already applied and have faith that our own 501(c)(3) non profit status will come through making all donations tax deductible. Our operation is on a small scale and will remain small to guarantee each animal will always have the best food, vet care, training and one on one that we can offer. We serve as a first come first serve basis, so open stalls are not always available, but we also network with other rescues in and out of Ohio to try and re-home. You will always have time to use the indoor arena as there aren't that many people to have to share it with.
