At Winding Creek Equestrian, we are a full service boarding and training facility. We offer riding lessons in hunter/ jumper and western lessons as well. We also offer full training from colt starting through problems horses may develop over time. Winding Creek Equestrian is a full board barn. We offer a 12 x 12 stalls with rubber mats in every stall. Concrete floors through out the barn. We have an indoor wash rack with hot and cold water as well as automatic waters in each stall. The barn is also heated in the winter and cooled in the summer. There is a 50' round pen, a 100' x 200' arena with full set of jumps and a hot walker for the boarders use. Waters Edge Farm is a beautiful, 15+ acre facility conveniently located right off highway 73 between Huntersville and Concord. We have 2 outdoor arenas with all weather footing, an indoor arena, and a full course of show jumps. Each of the 25 stalls is matted for the horses comfort and ease of cleaning. Boarders enjoy their own private tack room, grooming stalls, and wash rack with hot/cold water. RoseCroft Equestrian Center is a 22 acre, all adult, gated equestrian facility in Concord, NC. Located near the Cabarrus Events Arena with easy access from Hwy 49 & Hwy 73.

We offer 12' x 12' matted stalls . Stalls cleaned daily. High quality grain options available to suit each horse's needs. Fescue/Orchard mix hay fed in stalls and pastures. Alfalfa is available at an additional charge.
Barn has an automatic fly spray system, coded entry tack room with large individual tack lockers, restroom, laundry room and matted indoor and outdoor wash stalls with hot/cold water, fans and heaters. Property is gated and has 10 large, well maintained pastures with a maximum of 2 horses per pasture. Several private pastures and two dry lots are also available. We do night turn-out year round so horses get about 18 hours of turnout per day (weather depending).

Riding facilities include:
60' lunging area
Hacking trail with several cross country jumps
75’ x 150’ covered dressage arena
125' x 225' jumping arena
Both arenas have a custom blend of sand and TruTex Arena Fibers for fantastic, all-weather footing, lights and irrigation.
Arenas are drug regularly.

Owners are knowledgeable and experienced, live on site and are responsible for the care of each horse. Focus is put on the health, happiness and safety of each horse.

Currently only offering Partial or Full Training Board. Board includes stall, personal tack locker, grain and hay twice daily, putting on and removing turn-out gear, holding for routine farrier/vet visits, trailer parking, feeding owner supplied supplements and full access to the facility.
Partial Training includes 8 lessons/training rides per month.
Full Training included 16 lessons/training rides per month.
Laundry service available for an additional fee.

Gabel Acres provides all inclusive, quality, practical, and individualized care for you and your equine partner. On site proprietor has over 40 years of teaching, training and boarding experience. You will not worry how your horse is doing in your absence! They will be taken care of as if they were owned by the proprietor. Only a few people will oversee the daily care and handling of the horses so consistency of that care will be maintained.

Gabel Acres offers 12’x12’well ventilated, deeply bedded, clean stalls. Each stall has a fan in the summer, two water buckets that get filled daily and dumped if needed. Buckets are disinfected on a weekly basis. Proper feed requirements for each horse will be met. Hay will be plentiful, and regular worming is included. Any provided supplements will be fed properly to your horse only. No hidden fees for extras.

All horses will have safe turn out options. Mares and geldings are kept separated. Gabel Acre is also a breeding farm of warmblood horses so there are horses all ages. They all will be kept and handled in an age appropriate environment.

Gabel Acres has a 115' x 250' outdoor arena that drains very well and has a watering system and lights. We also have a full-sized covered dressage arena with mirrors. The covered arena features high quality footing and mirrors across the short side and a section of mirrors in the center of the long side.

Full time onsite dressage and jumper trainers, other trainers are welcome, and we incorporate clinics with outside trainers on a regular basis as well. Full time dressage/young horse training available with Guardian Dressage.

We are easily accessible: we are 1/4 mile off Hwy 73; less than 3 miles from exit 25 off I-77; and 10 miles from I-85 at Concord.

We are a women's no competion barn. We all enjoy each other's company and like to ride alone and with each other. We have 15 rolling acres and full turnout unless it is an ice storm or an injury when we do have stalls. We have trails out from our farm and are always interested in kind, soft eyed horses and women to join us. My job is to take care of your horse as you would like them taken care of within the limits of what we do. I don't believe that horses enjoy being locked in a stall. Half board options for horses that we can gently include in our lesson and camp program. This is the home of the Women's Intuitive Riding program. We have a round pen, grass ring and all season ring. We are looking for quiet, well behaved horses that we can offer half off board if they are lightly used in our program. Students start bareback and must earn their saddles and then cloth reins on halter, later bitless bridles and only experienced riders use bits. Helmets and boots on all afterschool and Women's Intuitive Riders. On site managers who care for your horse as you would yourself in as natural a setting as possible. We are a no drama barn of middle aged women who are happy to ride together at times and alone at times. Non competitive atmosphere where we can just enjoy our connection to our horses.
