Oakwood Stables is a local equine stable that is under new management. Our facility is on approximately 80 acre with trails and minutes from Pisgah National Forest where you can also ride. We have twenty 12x12 stalls that are equipped with automatic waters and automatic fly spray. We have three bathing areas that includes hot and cold water. We offer nighttime, group, and private guided trail rides. In addition we have a lighted riding arena with various jumping obstacles available. Three Cedars' focus is on natural horsemanship and educating people of all ages. We want people to learn to love and respect horses and teach people from the ground up. Our barn is a post WW2 barn, with 20 stalls, a feed room, tack room, office and bathroom. The aisle is large enough to ride in during nasty weather. We have a lighten riding arena as well. We offer affordable boarding (starts at $330) and lessons ($25/hr), and also hold clinics and private horse and rider training.
