We are a women's no competion barn. We all enjoy each other's company and like to ride alone and with each other. We have 15 rolling acres and full turnout unless it is an ice storm or an injury when we do have stalls. We have trails out from our farm and are always interested in kind, soft eyed horses and women to join us. My job is to take care of your horse as you would like them taken care of within the limits of what we do. I don't believe that horses enjoy being locked in a stall. Half board options for horses that we can gently include in our lesson and camp program. This is the home of the Women's Intuitive Riding program. We have a round pen, grass ring and all season ring. We are looking for quiet, well behaved horses that we can offer half off board if they are lightly used in our program. Students start bareback and must earn their saddles and then cloth reins on halter, later bitless bridles and only experienced riders use bits. Helmets and boots on all afterschool and Women's Intuitive Riders. On site managers who care for your horse as you would yourself in as natural a setting as possible. We are a no drama barn of middle aged women who are happy to ride together at times and alone at times. Non competitive atmosphere where we can just enjoy our connection to our horses. Miles of private trails and two riding rings as well as pastures to ride through. We also have two paddocks that could be used for ponies or minis in need of dry lot care. Equestrian Arts Institute is a full-service boarding, training and lesson facility. We specialize in eventing and dressage. We give lessons ages 6+, beginners through advanced riders. We are one of the only eventing facilities in our area that offer staff horses for lessons. We have two eventing teams that compete throughout NC and VA. In 2009 we started a drill team that performed at several different venues.

Our facility boost 30 stalls (10-12x13 Main Barn, 10 standing stalls, and 10 pony stalls), along with 2 hot/cold wash stalls, farriers station and vet station.

RoseCroft Equestrian Center is a 22 acre, all adult, gated equestrian facility in Concord, NC. Located near the Cabarrus Events Arena with easy access from Hwy 49 & Hwy 73.

We offer 12' x 12' matted stalls . Stalls cleaned daily. High quality grain options available to suit each horse's needs. Fescue/Orchard mix hay fed in stalls and pastures. Alfalfa is available at an additional charge.
Barn has an automatic fly spray system, coded entry tack room with large individual tack lockers, restroom, laundry room and matted indoor and outdoor wash stalls with hot/cold water, fans and heaters. Property is gated and has 10 large, well maintained pastures with a maximum of 2 horses per pasture. Several private pastures and two dry lots are also available. We do night turn-out year round so horses get about 18 hours of turnout per day (weather depending).

Riding facilities include:
60' lunging area
Hacking trail with several cross country jumps
75’ x 150’ covered dressage arena
125' x 225' jumping arena
Both arenas have a custom blend of sand and TruTex Arena Fibers for fantastic, all-weather footing, lights and irrigation.
Arenas are drug regularly.

Owners are knowledgeable and experienced, live on site and are responsible for the care of each horse. Focus is put on the health, happiness and safety of each horse.

Currently only offering Partial or Full Training Board. Board includes stall, personal tack locker, grain and hay twice daily, putting on and removing turn-out gear, holding for routine farrier/vet visits, trailer parking, feeding owner supplied supplements and full access to the facility.
Partial Training includes 8 lessons/training rides per month.
Full Training included 16 lessons/training rides per month.
Laundry service available for an additional fee.

Quiet, peaceful setting. All adult boarders. Max of 13 horses boarded on property.
