We are a all around Boarding, Training, Lesson, Sale, and Breeding facility. We have an indoor riding arena, 10x12 foot matted box stalls that are well bedded, and daily turnout (individual and group).We feed Grain 2-3 times a day and hay 3 times a day.Our feed program is fitted to each horses needs and we have no problem feeding supplements. Our lesson program is designed to bring you along to any level you wish to go, we have students showing @ all levels from 4H to the Breed shows (AQHA&APHA). We also have riders that just want to learn the safest way to handle horses. We involve our students in all aspects of horsemanship. We teach western , hunt seat, driving, and hunter/jumper. Our training program is designed to make your horse a safe and willing partner that will be able to take you to the show ring or just mosey down the trail! We have lots of experience with young horses starting all our babies our selves. Our Breeding program produces good quality all around show horses with good movement, and great temperaments. Hello,
I have an old backyard stable that needs some work (I will pay for the renovations, and I will renovate to your preferences), but would like to have a confirmed subletter first. I am looking for $500 per month for 1 horse (taking 2 horses max), or $900 per month for 2 horses in the same family. I can fence in 2-5 acres for pasture boarding. The stable currently has ~6 old stalls, but I am open to just making them larger for 1 or 2 horses. The building is just an eye sore right now, but I do not yet have the time to dedicate to horses and I would like to see it used. I may plan to get my own smaller animals in 3-5 years, but there should still be enough room. I do not ride, but I am a licensed veterinary technician, and I have volunteered at horse farms in the past (I can halter, turn out, fill waters, muck stalls, feed, recognize common health ailments, etc.) The property is 12 acres but we have neighboring public land/woods and some fields that can potentially be used for trails. I can dedicate ~15-20 minutes a day currently, for opening the stall in the morning to the pasture, refreshing food/water, and locking up at night. I would prefer someone that plans to visit 3-7x a week and does the stall mucking. If there is an emergency and you cannot make it I will absolutely do what is needed.
