We are a family owned and operated private 85+acre farm. Our full service facility welcomes any discipline. Training ("The gentle Way") and colt starting is our SPECIALTY. We also board, offer on premise leasing and sales. We are conveniently located on the Saratoga/Montgomery county line. Full care boarding is available in our two fully insulated barns with large matted stalls with windows. Daily group turnout in large, safe and secure wood fenced paddocks or individual turnout is also available. Pasture board is also available for horses how don't need full board. We boast a large INDOOR arena as well as our 350x150 sand outdoor arena that is big enough to accommodate any activity your discipline requires. Both arenas are well maintained. Summer Hill Stables is a quiet, family owned stable east of Amsterdam. Experienced, customized care. Horses enjoy daytime or 24/7 turnout in our sheltered pastures or dry paddocks, and matted box stalls when the weather is less than cooperative. Boarders enjoy our lovely dust-controlled indoor arena, acres of open and cut trails, scenic views, and proximity to major roads. Full-board includes basic services and hay; owners provide grain/supplements.

Our facilities include a barn with 24 box stalls with floor mats, an indoor riding arena that permits riding year round, a 60ft round pen and a large 100x200 outdoor riding arena.
Horses will be turned out onto large pastures daily (Weather permitting).
