Hunter Landing is a professional, yet affordable, year round, full-care horse boarding facility. We are located in Central New York, just East of Sylvan Beach. We specialize in hunters, jumpers, and equitation for all levels of riding while prioritizing top quality care for each and every individual horse. The Hunter Landing property features a large, lighted outdoor arena and comfortable indoor arena, a full set of jumps, a viewing lounge, approximately 33 acres of pasture for rotational grazing (group or private turnout is available), run-in shelters, a 10' x 16' indoor wash rack with hot water, 12'x12' and 10'x10' matted stalls, and top quality hay and grain. All board includes turnout (weather permitting), daily stall cleaning, dispensing of supplements if purchased by the boarder, and quality hay and grain.

We offer pasture board for $275, mid-range board at $375 (side aisle with storage available in a community tack room), and premium board for $400.

Lessons rates are $30 for a one-hour private lesson and $25 for a one-hour group lesson (dependent on experience). We welcome all levels of riding, from those who are taking their very first lesson, to those that just want to ride for leisure, or for the serious rider that wants to show! Boots and Saddles Boarding Facility is located along the shawangunk mountains. We are on 110 acres with trails out back. We have 27 stalls which are very airy, matted and have automatic heated Nelson waterers and feeders. The barn has automatic Pyrahna fly spray system. Large outdoor riding ring with sprinkler system and lights. Barns have rubber pavers which is great on your horse no stress of standing on concrete. We use streufex horse bedding along with nice non-dusty sawdust. Stalls and water are cleaned daily, We have nice quality hay and grain. Your horses are pampered here as if there our own.
