We weigh our hay so you have total control of how much your horse gets. Supplements supplied by you fed at no extra charge, once a day. Large stalls that drain very well during the rainy season. Our 4 stall barn has 12' x 12' box stalls that open into a 24' x 24' pipe corral. We offer 24' x 24' pipe corral stalls, 24' x 48' pipe corral stalls, 24' x 24' stalls that are built inside turn-outs so your horse gets turn-out about every other day. Large turn-outs, two 60' round-pens, 97' x 153' arena, bunk house free to boarders for overnight camp-outs, restroom, tack rooms, Saloon, BBQ and fire pit. Ranch Manager on site 90% of the time. Farrier services and shot clinics available. Stall bedding sold on site for a very reasonable price. Stalls are 12ft by 16ft stalls and are fully covered by a gabled roof designed to provide excellent protection from sun and rain. Because they are all opened inside, they have great air circulation. On the premises is a large, private, beautiful 100ft by 150ft LIGHTED riding arena. Only 6 stalls on the premises each has its own tack box conveniently located in front of the stall. We feed quality alfalfa hay twice daily, cleaning twice daily, and bedding is provided weekly. Wash racks and tie rails. Auto water and feeders in every stall. Lights in and around all the stalls, cross ties, tie rail and wash rack. Access via a security gate. Good restroom. Nightly checks. We provide horse boarding service on 5 acres in the foothills of Apple Valley. We have a large roping arena, two round pends and a turnout arena. There are several areas closeby to go riding. We also give riding lessons and train horses.
