We have 106 fenced acres and 60 acres of divided fields with Orchard, Fescue and Clover grass. We have a 4 stall horse barn with tack and food storage rooms and a coral.

Second Wind Farm LLC is a fully equipped horse boarding facility located on 80+ acres in Thompsons Station, TN. We are located off 840 approximately 15 minutes south of Franklin, TN, 30 south of Nashville, TN, and 30 minutes east of Murfreesboro. We have openings in our newly renovated 12 stall barn as well as our pastures.

The barn is equipped with a heated tack room with individual tack closets, wash racks, bathroom and lounge. We have two arenas. One for English events and one for cattle and speed events. We have on-site instruction for both English and Western disciplines. We are located on 80+ pristine acres which gives ample room to ride without leaving the premises.

We specialize in team roping, barrel racing, ranch sorting and trail riding. Transportation to events and shows can be arranged as well as full service trailer care and repair.

Full board includes daily turn out, grain, free access to quality hay and fresh water, daily stall cleaning, full use of facilities and assistance with farrier and vet care. Pastures are carefully managed to provide optimal grazing all season. Grain options are available for pasture boarded horses.

Welcome to our facility where "Every Horse Is Loved!" Brandy McDonnell is our C.E.O. and has been training and caring for her Client's horses for over 25 years.

We offer a 150 x 300 Derby field with schooling jumps, plus a 70' x 200' Covered and Lighted Arena. We have a Lighted Wash Area with hot and cold water and Matted 12' x 12' Stalls with ample ventilation, Lighted Barn, Daily Turn-outs, Full Indoor Bathroom, limited use of fridge in office area to help yourself to cold water after your ride! A positive enticement for new Boarders is that we are a low to no drama facility with a group of GREAT boarders that all get along. We consider and treat our Boarder Clients as part of our family. Our clients have told us that they enjoy reduced stress knowing that their horses are being cared for by our facility. We live on property. There is almost always a staff member on premises.

At Blue Point Stables, LLC we instruct riding lessons 6 days a week, all year long, when we are not otherwise engaged at a Horse Show for our clients.

Brandy McDonnell is our Chief Riding Instructor. Brandy has more than 30 years of riding experience. Brandy is a certified "Master Instructor" from the Certified Horsemanship Association, allowing her to certify riders from beginning levels to the highest level of either English or Western style riding. The C.H.A. is one of the top leading certifying organizations for equine instructors. Brandy holds a lifetime membership in the C.H.A. as well as a lifetime membership with the American Quarter Horse Association (A.Q.H.A.).

Our youngest students are as young as 6 years old. We have also had many Seniors that began learning to ride with us, as well as all ages in between. We instruct beginner to advanced riders. Blue Point Stables, LLC, currently, and for years, has developed a very upbeat, strong and energetic Interscholastic Equestrian Association (I.E.A.) Show Team. The I.E.A. is for grades 4th through 12th. As of the 2019-2020 Season, we believe that we have one of the largest teams, if not the largest team, in East Tennessee.

We offer equine stable boarding and pasture boarding, at market value rates, for those clients that are looking for a trusted, established stables that caters to each equine with enhanced service and love.

ATTENTION Equine Families; each year we host a number of fantastic and fun Summer Camps, just about all Summer long. We've been doing this for many years. Our Summer Camps usually fill up fast. Cross Bridges Stable is a 23 Stall barn located on 16 acres, specializing in full care stall board in Maury County, Tennessee. The barn features a 280x160 riding arena with a large covered patio overlooking it, and a large grass field to ride in. Group and individual turnout is available and features 4 board wood fencing, weather permitting. Stalls are approximately 11x11 and cleaned 2-3x per day.
