KL Equestrian is ideally located in central New Jersey, in the heart of horse country. This large property includes a 14 stall barn, all with dutch doors leading to the outside, ComfortStall mats, leading to our attached indoor arena for year round riding. Our outdoor is 200 x 130, with a full course of jumps always set, a grass jumping field, cross country course, fenced in riding track around the property and 20+ acres of large grass paddocks with run-ins, as well as a small medical paddock.

Split Elm Equestrian, run by the Morrongiello family, was founded in November of 2000. Split Elm I (the kid's barn) is a 22 acre facility with an 15 stall barn and four paddocks. This farm features a 50x150 indoor arena, a complete jump course with show quality jumps and a small dressage arena. Split Elm II (the adult's barn) is a 43 acre property with another 20 stall barn and six paddocks. This farm features a 7/8 mile sand track, some trails, a jumper course, cross country jumps, and a standard size dressage arena. Boarders are welcome to ride anywhere on our property. we are located at the end of a dead-end road and it is truely like a getaway with the quiet setting.
