Ideally located in central New Jersey only 40 miles from Manhattan, yet in an exceptionally rural setting bordered by the Raritan river, this picturesque farm was designed with functionality in mind. The large property includes a 12 stall barn, grass paddocks, sand paddocks, 100 x 200 outdoor ring with sand and rubber footing, jumping field, riding trails, and an 80” x 180” state-of-the-art indoor riding ring with footing enhancements.

Full Board $1400 month. Includes daily grooming, daily turnout or hand walk, daily tack ups and untacking (7 30 am to 4 30 pm), daily blanketing. Enjoy riding on 75 miles of rolling hills on private trails with professional cross country jumps. The indoor arena has rubber, sand footing and a heated viewing area. There is also a huge outdoor arena with lights and sand footing. The barn consists of 10, 12 x 12 matted stalls with dust free bedding, along with a hot water wash stall. This includes a 12 hour turn out & full time, full service on site care. Lessons and training are also available for children and adults alike. Open seven days a week. Also there is one space open for full time pasture board and leasing opportunities.
