We understand that you have many choices when it comes to choosing a home for your horse. It's important that you feel comfortable with the care and safety of the facility and it is important that you feel comfortable with the people and the atmosphere of the barn. With that in mind, we offer worry free full service boarding. With the owner/ trainer, Jane Hall, living on site, you can be confident that your horse is always under a watchful eye. The 10 x 12 stalls are cleaned seven days a week, and your horse is turned out seven days a week, weather permitting. 24 hour turnout is also available during good weather. Hay is fed in the paddocks and when the horses are in, hay is fed four times a day. Quality Purina and Buckeye feeds are fed twice a day with supplements (provided by you) fed at no extra cost. Our indoor arena is 60 x 120, well lit and well ventilated, our dressage mirrors will help you check your position or see just what your horse is doing as you ride. We have a heated observation room with kitchenette and restroom.

Our boarders have been with us for 10+ years and have enjoyed the relaxed, fun environment. With Tuesday night potluck and riding, yoga night (yes, it does help you ride better!) wine tasting parties, games on horseback in the winter months when things can get boring. We travel to shows of all types and trail ride a lot! If it can be done on or with a horse, someone here has done it!

And men, this isn't a "girls only" barn. As the home of the Michigan Cavalry Brigade, we have men who ride here! Mounted shooting sports, saber courses and mounted drill practices are just a few of the other "try something new" things to do here. You are always welcome to join in or just watch the fun.

New Horizons Farm LLC, home of New Horizons Haflinger Sporthorses on ten beautiful acres in Bath, Michigan, just outside of East Lansing is a private breeding farm which averages nine horses on premises including boarder horses. Stall board and pasture board available. Pasture horses have use of a stall during severe weather. Conveniently located just 3 1/2 miles off of Interstate 69 (Bath exit) on 1/2 mile stretch of paved road. Owner lives on premises and has over twenty years experience breeding, raising, showing horses. Multiple paddocks and pastures of varying sizes to meet your horse's needs, some with three and four board fence and others with coated wire/electric, almost all with large run in three sided sheds. Winter paddocks have extra large/extra tall 24 x 12 three sided steel run in sheds and access to automatic heated waterers. Ten stall horse barn with insulated roof has six 12 x 12 spacious, bright, matted stalls with large windows and four @10 x 12 stalls with windows that easily convert into double stalls for foaling. Horse friendly community with miles of dirt roads to ride on, or trailer your horse to Rose Lake riding trails just a few miles away, or Sleepy Hollow State Park riding trails about ten minutes away. Only twenty minutes from MSU, excellent farrier and vet services available. Spacious 60 x 110 indoor arena with excellent footing (2NS sand over limestone fines, compacted) treated for dust. Free horse trailer parking. Outdoor grass arena is approximately 70 x 200 with old footing from indoor under grass. Most paddocks and outdoor arena tiled for drainage so they stay dry. Excellent quality grass (or grass/alfalfa mix) hay fed. Tribute Essential K and owner provided grain and supplements fed.
