Ivory Farm is a private horse boarding and training equine facility located in White Lake Michigan.

We provide attentive, full-care horse boarding at a friendly, casual riding facility. We are just a short trailer ride away from Indian Springs, Pontiac Lake Recreation Area, Highland and Kensington State parks. Facilities include the following:

-Indoor arena (110 x 60) with wonderful footing
-Outdoor sand ring (140 x 80) well drained
-All day, daily turnout on 35 acres of well-managed pasture for grazing
-High quality grains provided to the horses
-Top quality first and second cutting hay fed outside all winter
-Matted 10×10 stalls with tack room
-Hot/cold water at outdoor wash area
-Barn bathroom
-Picnic Area
-Free trailer parking
-Trainers welcome for lessons with appropriate insurance

The beautiful Ivory Farm is a historic property that has been owned and by the same people for over 20+ years. Our farm manager is an extremely dedicated and knowledgeable equestrian that cares about you and your horse with over 30+ years as a professional trainer and barn manager.

Circle R Horse Ranch is a full care boarding facility. Our rates are $300 if you choose to provide grain or $350 full service. We have a large indoor arena, open stalls, 4-horse hot walker, round pen, restroom, observation room, free trailer storage and much more! We are not a lesson barn, so our boarders have access to the arena at all times, but we do lease horses. We have access to trails 4 minutes on horseback. At Constantine Farms we embrace riders from all backgrounds and disciplines including (but not limited to) dressage, jumping, western, eventing, cross country, gymkhana and vaulting. Our laid back and fun-loving atmosphere is an excellent respite from the daily grind, and we have boarders and riders of all ages.

Horses are brought in to be fed twice a day as owners see fit from a variety of available high-quality feeds (complete with supplements as provided by the owner) and ample quantities of quality hay are offered. The front horse pastures are large and rolling and are mowed and maintained, adjacent to a large summer pasture that we rotate. Horses are brought into their stalls in inclement weather conditions and are visually checked out each time they're brought in. Additionally, we have a separate field for smaller pastured ponies complete with run-in shelters.

Because of the wonderful indoor riding facilities, complete with enclosed observation room, boarders and leasers can enjoy riding their horses year round. Our well lit and maintained indoor, complete with overhead sprinklers for dust reduction, is large enough for large-ring dressage tests to be ridden, and a number of jump standards and poles are stored in close proximity for indoor jumping. There is also an outdoor riding arena for nicer weather and more jumping, nearly 50 acres of wooded trails adjacent to additional land for hacking, and new in 2011 a beginner-novice cross country course (including a few pre-beginner-novice jumps for green jumpers) is available for schooling and for an occasional schooling show.

We run a handful of schooling shows each year, and have instructors available who teach and train in dressage, jumping, eventing, gymkhana and western disciplines. Constantine Farms is a fantastic, no-drama facility perfect for riders of all ages (both youth and adult) who are looking for a relaxed stable atmosphere to enjoy with friends or on their own.
