We offer small group and private lessons and we are not the typical cookie cutter riding program. Our focus is on safety first, to learn proper horse care, horsemanship, to understand the equipment that is used on the horse, and to have fun! Masconette Farm is a 26 acre equine boarding and training facility conveniently located off Route 83 in East Longmeadow, Western Massachusetts. We are just minutes from the city of Springfield, MA and close to Somers, Connecticut. We have been in the business of training horses for over 50 years, 2nd generation and welcome all breeds of horses and disciplines—from English to Western, pleasure, trail, competitive, show and carriage driving and all levels of riders. We provide full board care and facilitate means of training, post injury rehab, layover and rehabilitation programs.
