STALLS AVAILABLE: full retirement board. Located in Rehoboth, we are a relaxed, no drama barn on 9 acres. 12x12 stalls each have their own dutch door, stall screen to outside, and stone dust individual run outs for inclement weather, or controlled turn out in case of injury/stall rest situation.

Barn manager lives on property, has a Equine business degree form JWU and has been riding since the age of 10. In addition to living on the property, we are protected with a 24hr a day surveillance.

Gorgeous custom made stall fronts by Lucas Equine Equipment out of Kentucky feature fold down yoke for socialization. Rubber pavers in a brick pattern down center aisle provide traction, and are comfortable for walking (for horses and humans!)

Our indoor wash stall features a textured cement floor to prevent slipping, and hot and cold water.

Grass pasture and hay is provided daily, and hay fed during inclement months in individual runouts

Bedded with shavings, Poulin grain 2x a day, high quality hay 3-4x a day, all day turnout weather permitting, overnight turnout weather permitting, an attached indoor riding ring with, outdoor sand ring, hot and cold water wash stall, ample tack storage upstairs and downstairs, heated viewing room, indoor round pen and miles upon miles of trails available within walking distance. With a MA licensed and insured instructor on site, we offer lessons in hunter/jumper and dressage. Large 60x120 outdoor arena with sand/clay footing, an INDOOR 50 foot round pen for exercising in any weather conditions, individual and small group turnout for each horse. The barn includes 12x12 matted (topped with shavings) box stalls, 2 wash stalls with hot water, tack rooms, 2 bathroom, viewing room equipped with microwave and Keurig. Masconette Farm is a 26 acre equine boarding and training facility conveniently located off Route 83 in East Longmeadow, Western Massachusetts. We are just minutes from the city of Springfield, MA and close to Somers, Connecticut. We have been in the business of training horses for over 50 years, 2nd generation and welcome all breeds of horses and disciplines—from English to Western, pleasure, trail, competitive, show and carriage driving and all levels of riders. We provide full board care and facilitate means of training, post injury rehab, layover and rehabilitation programs. The facility consists of the large main barn and a second smaller barn with spacious, well lit and ventilated stalls built for horses. Our second to none 1/2 mile stone dust track is SPECIFICALLY constructed for horse training, riding and carriage driving. It is groomed daily so that it is level and smooth for rider safety and comfort.
