The property is on a quiet, picturesque, 13 acres of rolling farmland near Bowie Town Center, Maryland. The 13 acres include 6 acres of mature pasture with 5 paddocks, 1 acre of residence, and the rest are forest, pound, private riding trail and valley. The property has a 1/4 mile private new paved driveway, and is backed by the upper stream of the Patuxent River. The farm is less than 1 mile away from Walmart Shopping Center, 3 miles away from Bowie Town Center, less than 20 minutes driving distance to Annapolis, about 30 minutes to Fort Meade, less than 40 minutes driving distance to Washington DC and about 45 minutes to Baltimore. You can also take New Carrollton Amtrak, or Green Belt metro station to Washington DC or many other places. To New Carrollton Amtrak metro stations is less 20 minutes driving, and about 35 minutes to the Green Belt one.
