Full care is ONLY 350.00 a month you get your 10 x 12 stall cleaned twice a day, fans in the summer, daily turnout (weather permitting), blankets on or off if desired, Triumph 12% Pelleted Horse Feed twice a day, grass blend timothy/orchard hay twice a day. ALSO YOU GET a heated bathroom, 2 wash areas, unlimited access to an 120 x 80 INDOOR arena, 120 x 120 OUTDOOR arena, 90 foot ROUND pen & lastly over 100 acres of riding trails from beginner - advance. Ride 30 minutes or ride all day. No trailering needed! We're also right by the wilderness trails. Trailer parking available for 20 a month. Mares and Geldings are separated while in pastures.
