Six stall barn with over six acres of pasture just west of Greenfield, IN. Over 25 years of professional horse care and full service boarding experience. A place where all horses are loved and all boarders feel at home.

We are a small family owned full care horse boarding facility located in Seymour, IN. We have 12x12 stalls with rubber mats in them and an indoor bathing stall also with warm water. We have an outdoor 3/8 mile sand track to ride around and a new 150x80 outdoor arena, plus a round pen. Also, for future clients we are adding an indoor arena in 2013. We offer a private setting so its not crowded here. We do live on the primises and I am here all day long caring for the horses. I have horses of my own as well, so I am experienced around them. We offer broodmare stalls also for foaling season. We have monthly rates and we offer nightly rates also for travelers. All rates include grain, hay, wormer and fresh water daily. First Generation Stables is a Private boarding facility for your horse(s).- The stable was established in 1994 with over 35+ years of professional horse & boarding experience.

We have 6 stalls in total so this guarantees a very private setting for your enjoyment.

Recent updates: Old fencing was replaced with new three board Kentucky Style fencing in July 2016, and stall fronts were updated in September 2023.

There are a total of 16.5 acres divided into 6 pastures to ensure plenty of grazing.

Stalls are custom built with 2” oak boards that include custom steel Dutch doors for plenty of fresh air, only outdoor rated professional style enclosed barn fans are used in the stalls for safety of the horses, -no box fans-, Stalls are bedded with quality pelleted pine bedding, heated water buckets are provided when needed indoors and out, each stall has outlets and LED lights, a tack box is provided for your personal items, a saddle rack is available for your saddle and pad, and a custom personal rodent free grain bin is provided for your feed as well.

Updated LED lighting is located throughout the interior of the barn as well as outdoors. All feeding, stall cleaning, daily horse care inspection, and maintenance is provided by the on site owners.

First Generation Stables is 1/4 mile off the road on Indy’s Southeast side and not visible to the street and surrounded by farm fields all within Indianapolis, In. with plenty of space to ride!

Rocking Horse Farm is a full care facility with custom capabilities. We offer 10 x 10 well lit, open, and airy stalls with no overhead lofts for lots of light and less dust. Daily turn-out with weather permitting, grass pastures and each horse is hand walked to each turn-out no runs or outs. Stalls cleaned daily. We are a small private barn with limited stalls available. If you are looking for a small family friendly atmosphere we are the place for you. Our focus is on the best care for our horses. And treating our boarders like family. We have 6 acres and an outdoor riding area, the barn sets off the road and is well insulated for the winter and open and breezy for the summer. Fans on all the stalls heated water buckets in the winter. We feed the highest quality grass blend hay we can find and Purina feeds day. We have regular visits from our farrier. We are a new boarding and lesson facility in Perry Township. Enjoy 11 acres of country that is located 1 mile from Southport City hall and minutes from Southport and 65. We offer Full Care Board with an indoor and outdoor riding arena and plenty of outdoor area to ride.

Your horse will enjoy our rich pastures, large stalls and individual attention. We are a drama free facility and enjoy a fun peaceful family friendly atmosphere. We are really good with the special needs of older horses. All our horses are treated like our own and we provide the best care to each of them. We have heated water buckets in every stall and heated water in the field in the winter. The farrier visits every two weeks and the vet lives very close. Hi , we are a full care facility with help living on the premises . We have a 60 x 150 lighted indoor arena with groomed footing . Two out door pens 90 x 180 and 125 x 250 . Our main interests are REINING and WORKING COWHORSE and we travel to AQHA , ARHA , NRHA , NRCHA shows . We have coached some youth riders and have had good luck with our " kids" at the 4 H level and State Fair .
Our stalls are cleaned twice a day and bedded with an easy pick "dustless" product. Hot water wash stall , heated tack room . BOARDING SPACE IS AVAILABLE AT $ 500 per month .
