We provide professional, quality care and excellent customer service.

We strive to offer a welcoming, safe environment to boarders of all ages and any type of horses other than stallions and draft breeds.

Lone Ridge offers stall or paddock boarding on our 45 acre farm including trails. Only 1/4 mile to Moraine View State Park. Our 10 x 12 stalls are rubber matted and we well maintain the 66 x 140 indoor arena with premium lighting & LiteStride no dust footing and our recently redone 160 x 180 outdoor arena. Climate controlled viewing room, tack room with individual tack cabinets. Experienced, educated owner operators live on site.

Stalls cleaned at least 2x daily, every day. Lots of group and limited private turnout. We feed only high quality hay, 4 times a day when inside and free choice large squares, quality rounds, or grass pastures when outside. We offer Purina Strategy as our barn grain as needed and feeding of other supplements/grain provided by boarder.

On site trainer providing lessons and training for hunters/jumpers, basic dressage and western riding.

We also host a competitive Equestrian tream.

Ottertail Farm is a beautiful 45 acre farm, a short drive from Champaign, Terre Haute, Effingham and other eastern IL or western IN locations. 9 miles from EIU campus. We raise warmbloods but also boarders of all breeds and disciplines are welcome. We have 24 large stalls with wide concrete aisles, washstall, office/lounge etc. Board includes Nutrena feed, grass hay ,daily and 24hr turnouts, worming, on/off for blankets or masks, and daily stall cleaning. A private farm - 14 stalls. We have 2 pasture turnout, 2 dry lot turn outs. round pen, outside arena, small indoor arena. we show in barrels/poles and western/english pleasure. Full care - $375/month

We are a private horse facility with 15 acres of grass pasture. We have added on to our barn recently & now we are offering boarding services for up to 4 horses.

Options include...
1.) Full Board = $400 per horse: we feed 2x daily in the morning & evening, we provide grain, hay, water, turnout on grass pasture, stall & cleaning.
2.)Semi Self Board = $300 per horse: you provide your own hay, grain, stall cleaning, ect... but we will do the morning & evening feedings for you.
3.)Self Board = $200 per horse: you take care of 100% of your horses needs.

Included with all 3 of the above listed boarding options: small indoor riding arena, larger outdoor riding arena, stalls are 10'x10', daily turnout on grass pastures,we have access to trail riding on the Sangamon River.
