Triple D Ranch is a private, family-owned farm on 70 acres in NW Cobb. Our ranch consists of an eight stall barn with 12x12 stalls, 25 acres of pastures, a paddock, a lighted arena, a round pen, and 40 additional acres with wooded trails. We have both full ($620) and pasture ($440) board. Our horses like to be outside eating our nice Bermuda and fescue grass. There are no horses left in the barn full-time. Full boarders will be put in stalls in the barn for feeding time, during inclement weather, and as needed for their health. Russell Ridge was a carefully selected farm. William spent several years working at different facilities that did not meet his standards for quality. Some of the farms had inadequate turn out, turnout that lacked grass or forage, or no turnout at all, rings that were too small or had poor footing, and had barns that were poorly lit or lacked space and functionality; all of which he considered to be extremely basic and important factors for a farm. He began searching for a location that had the potential to have all the amenities he was looking for. In 2004, he found it. Named for the ridge that runs along the side of where the ring now sits, Russell Ridge had it all. An enormous open field that could be split multiple times for huge turnout fields, and room on top of the ridge for a big barn and ring with an excellent view of the pastures. Back then there wasn’t any kind of driveway and the top of the ridge was an extremely uneven pine forest, but William had a vision, and he spent the next seven years bringing it to life. Owner Mrs. Tyler Verlander-Peabody is a 3rd generation horsewoman who has been riding since before she could walk and has been teaching lessons to children and adults for 15 years. She showed on the local GHJA circuit growing up in Woodstock GA, her experience and training has been developed by the top GA trainers in the Hunter/Jumper/Equitation disciplines as a result of her grit and determination despite the funds growing up. She interned with AA trainers traveling to AA shows all over GA, FL, and the east coast up to Lake Placid, NY for 7 years. By the time she was 18 years old, she had already successfully managed a 50 person lesson program, summer camp and 20 horse boarding stable. Tyler is an entrepreneur and business woman at heart and utilizes her marketing and management education from KSU to strive in her business. She has trained and sold numerous horses that have gone on to AA show homes and beloved owners.

Tyler is a forever learner, riding in clinics with the likes of: Rob Gage(multiple times), Lainey Ashkar, Buck Davidson, Jill Henneberg, and Bert Mutch. Have your horse live in Harmony At a Full Service Boarding and Horse Training facility on sixty acres, Our pastures are cross fenced into three seperate pastures. All boarders have access to our lighted training corral and riding trails, and clubhouse. Our pastures are over seeded with winter rye. We offer clean drinking water and meals are always fed in the stall, so each horse is guaranteed to eat the food ment for them.

Pasture board and one feeding, round bale hay, blanketing, meals fed in stall is $275. The boarder provides the grain and supplements. Winter months our boarders split cost of round bales.
