Mountain Breeze Stables has been operating since 2003. It is located 6 miles west of Marietta Square in West Cobb near the intersection of Barrett Parkway (East-West Connector) and Dallas Highway (120). 4 miles from Kennesaw Mountain with 16 miles of trails.

We have 12 acres with a large pasture and 2 separate paddocks. Individual turnout is not available. Newly graded for drainage issues. Fences are all new RAMM Flex Fence. All areas of the property are fenced in with a Ghost automatic gate for security. We have 12x12 stalls with new Stall Saver mats installed in 2020. The stalls are kept full of shavings. We have an indoor wash rack with hot and cold water, a large round pen, and a lit riding arena with a new covered viewing deck. The barn has a heated and air-conditioned tack room with a bathroom. Newly graded for drainage issues.

We provide feed to maintain the proper weight of your horse. We currently have Triple Crown Senior Gold, Tribute Kalm 'N EZ GC Plus, Seminole Wellness Perform Senior, Triple Crown rice bran, Seminole Equalizer, alfalfa pellets, timothy pellets, wheat bran, and beet pulp shreds. We provide Simplifly Feed-Thru Fly Control. We will add supplements that you provide in the evening feeding.

Outside trainers are welcome.

We offer full board only. $950/month We do not offer pasture or partial board. We do not need any additional help at this time.

I have a 256 acre Horse farm in Dallas Georgia 30132. I have 3 Lakes that my Grandfather built in the 1950"s and 1960's because my Grandmother loved to fish. The biggest lake is 11 acres and the next is 8 acres and the last is 7 acres. These are available for fishing for a small fee. I also have a beautiful winding creek that runs through the property and all of these are the natural water sources for the horses. I have 3 round pens for ground work and a tack room. I have a 10,000 sq ft hay barn and a hospital stall if needed. I feed excellent quality hay that I raise on the farm from November through March. I have 7 pastures ranging from 11 acres to as large as 20 acres. Each Pasture has access to its own water source being either lake or creek. I have 12 acres of trails on the front of the Property and 63 acres of Trails on the back of the property. Also the property has lots of dirt roads less than a half a mile from the property that are also available for riding on through the woods. It is a very beautiful and peaceful laid back place to come and board if you are interested in boarding your horse at a place with Trails for riding. There is no barn drama here and most of my boarders have been with me for 8 to 10 years so it is an awesome and friendly atmosphere. The board fee is $150.00 per month per head for 7 months out of the year. In the winter months it goes to $250.00 per head to cover the hay that I put out in hay rings for the horses.
