Sierra Springs takes pride in being a family oriented facility on 34 beautiful, rolling acres with a 3 acre lake. We offer pasture and full board with 20 stalls, 2 cold & hot water wash racks, round pen, lighted arena, grooming area, tack room, inside riding area, horse playground, lounge with ac & heat, trail riding nearby and only 15 minutes from Mac Intosh Reserve. This is an attempt to get your business. Let us teach you what is rarely ever taught. The subjects that are important ones, the ones that should be taught. Our program is aimed to help those entering the Industry who stagger around looking for help but don't know where to get it. It is also an attempt to save those that represent the high casualty rate from falling out of the Industry due to a lack of real knowledge . This is real horsemanship. No touchy feely, fluffy, guru type stuff where they lead you to the water but make you pay to drink. This effort is for the sake of the horses.

Horses are our business. With over 30 years experience, we will help you get what you want from your horse. We have a strong belief that the more you know, the better off your horse is.

This is not a trot in a circle for an hour program. We will teach you why your horse does what he does, and why he responds to our techniques. You will learn the psychology of the horse.

We are a 60 acre family oriented farm. We do mostly western pleasure. Together we go to local shows to watch or compete at least a couple times a month. We also do some breeding, training, and trail riding among other activities. I have a 256 acre Horse farm in Dallas Georgia 30132. I have 3 Lakes that my Grandfather built in the 1950"s and 1960's because my Grandmother loved to fish. The biggest lake is 11 acres and the next is 8 acres and the last is 7 acres. These are available for fishing for a small fee. I also have a beautiful winding creek that runs through the property and all of these are the natural water sources for the horses. I have 3 round pens for ground work and a tack room. I have a 10,000 sq ft hay barn and a hospital stall if needed. I feed excellent quality hay that I raise on the farm from November through March. I have 7 pastures ranging from 11 acres to as large as 20 acres. Each Pasture has access to its own water source being either lake or creek. I have 12 acres of trails on the front of the Property and 63 acres of Trails on the back of the property. Also the property has lots of dirt roads less than a half a mile from the property that are also available for riding on through the woods. It is a very beautiful and peaceful laid back place to come and board if you are interested in boarding your horse at a place with Trails for riding. There is no barn drama here and most of my boarders have been with me for 8 to 10 years so it is an awesome and friendly atmosphere. The board fee is $150.00 per month per head for 7 months out of the year. In the winter months it goes to $250.00 per head to cover the hay that I put out in hay rings for the horses.
