Extremely large airy barn with 20 Stalls 12 x 12 which provides an ideal environment for each horse, including automatic waters, other amenities include 3 large wash racks, separate feed room, tack room, and Men's and Ladies bathrooms.

Cottonwood Equestrian Center in Lithia is offering spacious stalls (most 13' x 14' or 12' x 14) for $500 full stall board. Full board includes day or night turn out, rotational deworming every other month, custom feed program, blanketing and unblanketing in winter months and we are happy to fly spray before turn out if you leave your fly spray bottle on the blanket bar on the stall. We use slow feed hay nets to ensure everything is eaten instead of walked into the bedding. The barn is equipped with a bathroom (shower to follow) as well as a small refrigerator and microwave for your convenience. Additionally, the very roomy tack room is climate-controlled, has an equine meds refrigerator and there is plenty of storage for belongings. There are multiple surveillance cameras in the barn in addition to what is already on the property. Beautiful, quiet 10-acre property has a 70-foot round pen, two riding pastures, one with a dressage area and the other with a full jump course, grass turn outs, spacious hacking path with cross-country jumps and a future plan for competitive trail course. Three covered washracks and free trailer parking. Only three and a half miles from the nearest trail system and one mile farther in the same direction for Alafia State Park trail system. Only ten miles from Brandon Equine and for an extremely low trailering fee, availability depending of course, I will trailer for you in case of an ambulatory emergency or if you would like to simply save money for a routine visit by trailering in versus them coming out for a farm call, I can accommodate you there as well. Horse stalls for rent in privately owned barn in Myakka Valley Ranches (Equestrian community located in Sarasota Fl), there are miles of deeded horse trails throughout the entire community. Currently has 3 well behaved horses on the property, one mare and two older geldings.

Extra charges for holding for farrier, vet visits and administering medications.
Barn hours are 6am - 8pm, gate is locked at night unless you ask owner for access

Owner/Operator with 40 plus years equestrian experience: worth its weight in gold to have someone who can spot dehydration, the early signs of colic, and other major issues that if left too long can result in not only high dollar vet care but also the possible loss of your horse.

HIGH AND DRY PROPERTY - HURRICANE RATED BARN. After Hurricane Ian, and Debby: we had minimal pasture flooding - approximately 70 percent dry pastures! ...barn remains dry and comfortable. We do offer hurricane/storm board when stalls are available.


PARTIAL BOARD/SHARED CARE: $650

I feed twice daily, turn in, out, spray for flies. Stall with fan, you do your own stall a minimum of 5 days a week

FULL BOARD: $1400
Includes Quality western and Canadian hay, Tribute feed, grass pastures in rainy season (grass does go dormant in fall and winter) we do feed ample hay to compensate. No extra cost for meeting with the vet, and/ or farrier. We are equipped to handle minor wound care at no extra cost. Also includes transport to local parks for trail riding on occasion. Includes fly masks on/off and spray for flies.

We are located East off I75 (Clark Road Exit), SARASOTA. Exactly 15 minutes from the interstate. A hurricane rated barn, and whole house generator means you won't have to evacuate your horse. We specialize in taking the worry about your horse/s off your mind. We strive to keep them comfortable with fresh stalls, and water refreshed to encourage hydration. We care for yours like ours, not a cliche' 3 or less horses turned out together (if compatible, and after quarantine period). Onsite professional supervision (this is our job, we aren't leaving to go to a 9-5).
