Welcome to the Greener Side Ranch. We are very proud to be a part of the American Sugarbush Harlequin Draft Association and the re-establishment of this amazingly wonderful and beautiful breed. Along with our boarding and breeding program we will be offering a full service facility with such amenities as covered arena, outdoor arena, practice barrel course, trail course with obstacles, jump course, and training.

We are currently in the building process but have a vision that will allow for an awesome equine experience as well as to provide care for each and every individual horse. With decades of horse (and animal) experience we feel confident that we can provide for every need.

Boarding is available in a Paddock Style board with Run in sheds in each paddock. Twice Daily Feeding, Hay and auto-waters in each paddock. Open Air cross ties or covered cross ties with hot water available as well. Full access to all amenities. Boarding open to all breeds, mares, geldings or stallions.

Because our Passion is the horse and our involvement in ASHDA all trails and trail obstacles are built to provide the same level of riding and challenge for even the largest of draft horse.

We are a 10 acre open riding discipline facility offering 14 stalls for boarding. We offer the best care to your horse as well as providing excellent services to you. Our facility has many great amenities to offer. Our stalls are oversized (14x16) with automatic water as well as fans and an automatic fly misting system. The feeding system consists of top quality hays as well as top quality feeds and added minerals for your horse’s health. Our farm also strives to provide the ultimate living facility for your horse with turn out for several hours every day in one of our many paddocks with tall lush grass for them to graze on. You will never have to worry about the safety of your horse. We have a 24 hour camera surveillance system to give you the added comfort, knowing your horse is safe at all times. Your tack will be mold free with our de-humidifier in our tack room. Our wash racks are covered and have access to hot and cold water for your horse’s preference. If you enjoy riding in an arena, our farm offers a 300x200 full service arena for you to ride in or practice for your next event. Hunter/Jumper Retirement Facility, Secure, Loving enviroment for your horse.

High and dry, Brand new horse facility in Orlando located within 1-mile from Toll Road 417 - Curry Ford Road exit. Each of the ten 12X12 stalls are equipped with a closable back window, rubber mats, automatic waters, stall light, show light, fans and grain & hay wall feeders. The facility also offers a security gate entrance, 70ft round pen, riding arena, wash racks, air-conditioned tack room, clay arena, asphalt paving for parking and 3-large turn out pastures. A separate clubhouse with a full bathroom, kitchen and laundry room has recently been renovated.

Board includes am & pm feedings of Purina feed and T&A hay, DAC digestive enzymes, de-worming, sand clear, shavings, blanketing, turn out and vet & farrier attendance.

Barn manger, instructor and trainer Jennifer Prestin lives on premises. She offers lessons and trains in all disciples, such as jumper, equitation, showmanship, horsemanship, HUS and western pleasure. . . . We are an easy drive from Zephyrhills, Dade City, N. Tampa, Winter Haven, Bartow, N. Lakeland, Polk City, Brandon, Valrico, Seffner, Kissimmee &Temple Terrace. The barn has fifteen 12x12 stalls, each with a large window. The horses have daily turn out in our grassy paddocks. There are 2 inside wash racks, as well as 3 outside wash racks. An air-conditioned and heated lounge provides for socialization and for watching after-lesson videos. Our oversized, LIGHTED riding arena has full jumper and hunter courses and is perfect for riding year round. Even in the rainy season when so many arenas are under water, we can ride shortly after a storm passes! We have excellent footing and drainage so that riding at all times is possible!

Pat has over 35 years of expertise in the Hunter/Jumper field. He has had a very successful career winning numerous classes and many championships, and has shown for many years across the country on the Hunter/Jumper Circuit. For the past 28 years he has devoted his time to passing on his knowledge of riding to others. Pat has excellent, positive communication skills with horses and riders and has successfully trained clients at all riding levels. He trains horses from green-broke to the advanced Hunter/Jumper divisions. Pat also lives right on the property.

Pat truly enjoys teaching his students to become better riders. He strives to make each client’s riding experience enjoyable and informative. He is the type of trainer that when he tells you what to do on a horse, he explains why he wants you to do it, and what he expects you to see and feel as a result of what he’s asking. If you want an individualized trainer, this is where you should be. This Florida Hunter/Jumper trainer, Pat Sikorra, has training that includes: starting young Hunter/Jumper horses, Hunters, Jumpers, horse training, group Hunter/Jumper lessons, and Hunt Seat Equitation. Purchasing includes evaluation of potential horse for purchase per individual client need, travel and accompaniment of client to trial, and negotiation of purchase. SELF BOARDING = $150 per month
We provide stall, pasture turn out/in, boarder provides feed, hay, bedding material, and cleans own stall as well as at least one feeding, and other horse care (farrier, shots, etc.)
You also get up to 3 "freebie" days per month where we'll do the stall cleaning and feedings for you. We realize that one can't always make it, so we allow for these 3 days to help with this.
