BREEZY HILL FARM, OCALA, FLORIDA - Stalls and pasture available. Quiet family farm just west of the Santos Trailhead. Four miles to Florida Horse Park. Owners on premises 24/7. Center aisle, 6-stall block barn with tack room and wash rack. Our 12 x 12 matted stalls have fly system and automatic waterers. Our stalls are picked at least twice daily and bedded with pine shavings. Daily turnout for all stalled horses. Includes fans on all stalls.

Retirees are our specialty. Sorry, but we do not accept stallions.

Pastures have run in sheds in all fields with large trees and good grass. We currently have stalls available at $650/month and pasture available at $475/month. Simplicity Stables is a first class equestrian facility that has something for just about anybody interested in learning or continuing their hunter/jumper riding or western riding, whether just for pleasure or competition. We are not solely an AQHA barn. The staff has competed, trained and shown many years in the open USEF circuit hunters and jumpers. We offer boarding, training, sales and riding lessons for all ages. Our prices are competitive with all the area's other facilities, but we are confident our programs will give you or your child not only fun with riding horses but the education to do so correctly.
Our complete horse show schedule follows through all year with both the local level shows including GOHJA and Horseshows in the Park to the A circuit including HITS. We also attend the AQHA circuit shows with our horses in the Hunter, Lounge line, Equitation, Western Pleasure, Western Riding, Showmanship and Horsemanship divisions. Here at Simplicity Stables, we are very proud of our family-friendly atmosphere with a competitive edge. We promote safety first as well as instruct our riders in the traditional hunt seat riding. Effectiveness is key to the competitive rider and we follow a program that will teach the rider to not only look good but to ride well too. Owner/Operator with 40 plus years equestrian experience: worth its weight in gold to have someone who can spot dehydration, the early signs of colic, and other major issues that if left too long can result in not only high dollar vet care but also the possible loss of your horse.

HIGH AND DRY PROPERTY - HURRICANE RATED BARN. After Hurricane Ian, and Debby: we had minimal pasture flooding - approximately 70 percent dry pastures! ...barn remains dry and comfortable. We do offer hurricane/storm board when stalls are available.

I feed twice daily, turn in, out, spray for flies. Stall with fan, you do your own stall a minimum of 5 days a week

FULL BOARD: $1400
Includes Quality western and Canadian hay, Tribute feed, grass pastures in rainy season (grass does go dormant in fall and winter) we do feed ample hay to compensate. No extra cost for meeting with the vet, and/ or farrier. We are equipped to handle minor wound care at no extra cost. Also includes transport to local parks for trail riding on occasion. Includes fly masks on/off and spray for flies.

We are located East off I75 (Clark Road Exit), SARASOTA. Exactly 15 minutes from the interstate. A hurricane rated barn, and whole house generator means you won't have to evacuate your horse. We specialize in taking the worry about your horse/s off your mind. We strive to keep them comfortable with fresh stalls, and water refreshed to encourage hydration. We care for yours like ours, not a cliche' 3 or less horses turned out together (if compatible, and after quarantine period). Onsite professional supervision (this is our job, we aren't leaving to go to a 9-5).

Horse stalls for rent in privately owned barn in Myakka Valley Ranches (Equestrian community located in Sarasota Fl), there are miles of deeded horse trails throughout the entire community. Currently has 3 well behaved horses on the property, one mare and two older geldings.

Stalls cleaned daily and manure is bagged to keep flies to a minimum
Extra charges for holding for farrier, vet visits and administering medications.
Barn hours are 6am - 8pm, gate is locked at night unless you ask owner for access
Open barn (no enclosed tack room yet) there are cubbies and shelving set up for your tack and personal items.
Access to trainers if needed but feel free to bring yours for lessons etc
