Our private horse boarding facility is located in beautiful Sarasota, Florida (off Clark Road, east of I-75). We offer two inclusive boarding options - a small, boutique barn (up to 4 horses) and a larger, more traditional barn (up to 16 horses).

Magic Meadows is a small, private barn located in an equestrian neighborhood in Sarasota. We offer full board which includes: high-quality hay, feed, shavings, daily fly spray application, worming, Simplifly supplement, individual or group turnout (24x7 if desired), holding for vet/farrier, and individualized attentive care. We have a large grass riding arena, 25 miles of beautiful nature trails, and irrigated grazing pastures to keep the grass growing year-round. Our priority is the health and happiness of each horse, and we strive to keep you worry free by maintaining excellent communication. Blankenship Stables is an established, more traditional barn also located in an equestrian neighborhood in Sarasota. With a focus on Western Dressage and fabulous gaited horses, you'll find champion show horses and steady trail horses side by side, enjoying the peaceful and laid-back atmosphere. All disciplines are welcome - ride in our sand arena or grassy pastures. Want to hit the trails? You'll have a buddy or two always willing to ride out. Owner/Operator with 40 plus years equestrian experience: worth its weight in gold to have someone who can spot dehydration, the early signs of colic, and other major issues that if left too long can result in not only high dollar vet care but also the possible loss of your horse.

HIGH AND DRY PROPERTY - HURRICANE RATED BARN. After Hurricane Ian, Debby, and Milton we had minimal pasture flooding - approximately 70 percent dry pastures! ...barn remains dry and comfortable. We do offer hurricane/storm board when stalls are available.


We are located East off I75 (Clark Road Exit), SARASOTA. Exactly 15 minutes from the interstate. A hurricane rated barn, and whole house generator means you won't have to evacuate your horse. We specialize in taking the worry about your horse/s off your mind. We strive to keep them comfortable with fresh stalls, and water refreshed to encourage hydration. We care for yours like ours, not a cliche' 3 or less horses turned out together (if compatible, and after quarantine period). Onsite professional supervision (this is our job, we aren't leaving to go to a 9-5).

Horse stalls for rent in privately owned barn in Myakka Valley Ranches (Equestrian community located in Sarasota Fl), there are miles of deeded horse trails throughout the entire community. Currently has 3 well behaved horses on the property, one mare and two older geldings.

Extra charges for holding for farrier, vet visits and administering medications.
Barn hours are 6am - 8pm, gate is locked at night unless you ask owner for access

Access to trainers if needed but feel free to bring yours for lessons etc

I offer affordable, top quality horse boarding. Full horse boarding includes Seminole feed twice daily, hay twice daily (3 times in the winter), monthly de-sander, bran once a week, blanketing in the winter, daily fly spray, turn out with one other horse on grassy pastures. I have places to ride off property and also a large 120x200 ft. clay riding arena that is spun and watered on a regular basis. My fields are scooped and cleaned daily. I have paddock board or stall board. Full board with a stall includes bedding.
Owner lives on property with a gated access. Tack room is available for all your tack. Wash areas, cross tie posts.
I have a no drama, family friendly barn. There are picnic tables and a covered area to sit by the arena. The arena has barrels, cones and trot poles to use.

Welcome to the Greener Side Ranch. We are very proud to be a part of the American Sugarbush Harlequin Draft Association and the re-establishment of this amazingly wonderful and beautiful breed.
