Welcome to a stress-free environment for horse and rider. Horse farm located at the end of a peaceful, quiet, dead end road, yet in the heart of Wolcott.(ten minutes to Southington, Waterbury and Bristol) Our barn's focus is providing excellent care for recreational, pleasure and trail riding individuals. We have a three acre turn-out, large outdoor, well-lit arena and on site short trails.(with access nearby to endurance trails) Twice a day care is given to horses by a well versed horsewoman with knowledge on dietary grain needs, physical medical needs(short or long term) and overall insight on all things horse related. We pride ourself on our locally grown hay and locally purchased (consumption) of shavings. Stalls are matted and recently white washed. We are in the throes of renovating the bathroom, feed room, tack room and lounge. About Boarding at Crossroad Farm Riding Academy:
Nine stalls, an indoor heated wash room, tack room and grooming area with cross-ties. During the summer months, a fan ventilation system provides cooling and comfort for the horses in the stalls.

Hay is provided three times a day, and grain is given in the morning and evenings. Waters are changed daily and monitored throughout the day.

Horses are turned out on a daily basis in individual paddocks, as well as in one large grass field.

The stalls are fully equipped with a surveillance system for complete around-the-clock care and monitoring of the horses’ well-being.

The farm is fully gated and owners are on-site to ensure the best possible care is provided to the horses.
