Stalls go into a 50 foot run and these horses have an option to be turned out into a large paddock. All indoor boarders get an access to an exclusive heated tack room/lounge room with fridge and BBQ grill. You are paying for an experience and not just a home for your horse. Sit on the leather couches and plan your day. Pasture horses have lean two's and plenty of room, and clean water tanks to keep them hydrated. All horses are fed quality grass hay twice daily with options for grain feeding. The owner is a well known and very experienced farrier who can take care of any farrier needs. Also a large vet clinic is less than 20 minutes away. We have a full size outdoor arena and a oversized indoor round pen that can be used to keep your horses exercised year round. You can enjoy riding your horses on the ranches 400 acres. The ranch has it's own lake. You can pack a lunch and head to the lake for a peaceful meal. Boarders can ride through the cattle herd and enjoy the Colorado cowboy life. The ranch also offers many other activities. Tack room and trailer parking is all behind locked gates to keep your things safe. Located a short hour drive along I-76 just outside of Denver, which makes this simple to get to but away from the hustle and bustle of the city. PreView Farm is a small equine facility perfectly situated between Longmont and Boulder. On any given day, you will see riders schooling dressage in the arena or crossing the dirt road to our neighbor’s cross-country course. The next day they may be doing groundwork or hooking up for a trail ride and over the weekend, they may be getting ready for a local show. But… what is a constant every single day… is the horses on the property are meticulously cared for… and we have a ton of fun.

We have a dressage Gold Medalist that comes weekly to train, but you are welcome to bring your own trainer.

The facility has stalls with runs and a large outdoor paddock with a shed. The three separate pastures are irrigated and ideal for turnout in groups or alone.

There is a 100 x 200 outdoor arena (set up for dressage or jumping), a hot/cold wash stall, and a mile long galloping track, miles of dirt roads for hacking, and a cross-country course across the street that boarders can negotiate to use.
