We are a small, full-service equine boarding facility with plenty of room both for your horse to stretch his legs and for you to focus on your riding, yet only 25 minutes north of Denver. On our spacious 25-acres we have an indoor arena, a regulation-sized dressage court and a large outdoor arena with jumps available. We also have an indoor tack-up area with plenty of storage available, hitching posts and an outdoor wash rack. Horses are fed quality hay and/or alfalfa twice a day, grain plus your supplements once a day, and have access to heated automatic waterers at all times. Cottonwood Stables, LLC is a single-owned stable with a fun family environment. We are a clean caring facility located between 136th and 144th just east of Washington. We have approximately 5 acres of seasonal pasture turnout, several runs for every day turnout, a large outdoor round pen and an indoor riding arena (72 x 102). We also have a small outdoor jumping area in the fields. Cottonwood is located within a horse property community with riding areas and trails. All disciplines and breeds are welcome. I’m offering full care horse boarding at my private farm located one mile north of Longmont.

Boarding Fee = $650/month

Boarding fee includes:
- quality alfalfa and/or grass hay and grain fed twice per day
- clean and fresh water
- pen cleaning every other day
- turn out to pasture a minimum of once per week (weather permitting).

We have 12’ x 48’ and 24’ x 48’ pens with shelters as well as two large group pens with shelters available. We also have trailer parking available for an additional fee.
