Our new indoor 70x 140 arena is done and the stalls are complete.

Close-in boarding opportunities available -- indoor or outdoor. Just north of Parker and east of Aurora. Very close to the Southland Mall area.

We have 5 indoor 12x12 new stalls, with auto waters and daily turnout (weather permitted).
We also have 1 open indoor 12x12 stalls with Auto waters and 30x12 outdoor run attached to the stall.
Board fees start at $500 per month and we have a wide range of services we can provide.
We clean the stalls daily and feed 2x daily. (Local hay for standard sized horse for 2x daily feeding included in boarding fees.)

Heated barn has enclosed tack and feed rooms and indoor plumbing.

We have 35 lovely acres with 2 outdoor arenas, round pen, and plenty of area to trail ride. This summer we also plan to start working on cross country jumps and a trail obstacle coarse.

We have plenty of free trailer parking.
We have 2 new awesome trainers, Jess Roberts and Michelle Wolf.

Jess Roberts has been around horses her entire life, giving her the confidence needed to train a wide variety of horses. Apprenticing under a trainer from age 11-18 set her up for success when she began her own business at age 18. Jess has ridden both Western and English, with extensive experience in green horses and Hunter/Jumpers. She teaches students of all ages (4-70+) and moves both horses and riders up through the levels in a safe and consistent manner while instilling confidence and a great foundation of horsemanship. Her experience coaching beginner riders all the way up through 3'3'' jumping makes her a great choice for anyone looking to further their education in the equestrian world!

Sleipnir Stables, Ltd., provides full care horse boarding for your equine companion starting at $425.00 a month. We have stalls, stalls with runs, some runs with sheds rather than barn stalls, and several stalls (including foaling stalls) in the heated portion of the barn.

This is a stable where horses and people make good friends. It's nothing fancy to look at, but the care is experienced and reliable. Excellent grass and/or alfalfa hay. Near Thornton and Commerce City. Miles of riding along the South Platte River greenbelt and surrounding acreage. Bald eagles fly over regularly. Large runs with box stalls, outdoor arena and round pen. You saddle up and ride, we'll do the work.

Board includes a box stall with large run for each horse, excellent quality hay fed twice a day, watering, mucking, turn out for sociable horses, round pen and outdoor arena. Sheds for storage. Stock tanks heaters used in the winter. The riding trail starts about 20 feet from the stable and runs along the beautiful South Platte River. Additional riding acreage behind stable. Yearly vet clinics to save Boarders money and a scheduled farrier. Horse chiropractor also available. Rotation deworming and vaccinations required. Approved guests and behaved dogs are welcome to visit.

What a lovely little set up! Small stable with a vigilant and caring owner who makes sure all of the horses boarded there are well cared for. Stable owner gets the best hay, and makes sure the horses have plenty of fresh water. She sets up regular vet and farrier appointments (group rates make it cheaper). She makes sure there's a good "buddy system" for turn out time(s) and there's plenty of room on the property for the horses to stretch their legs. Each horse has its own shed/stall with an ample run attached. The facility is right across the street from the South Platte River greenbelt with miles of trails for riding. This is a stress free facility. We offer great care to your horses. We specialize in caring for the older horses and horses that have soundness issues. We have a large outdoor riding arena, 2 round pens and large paddocks. We are still in the process of updating the facilities. Full care board is $200 per horse. Horse Boarding just east of I-25 and 136th Ave. Great location, with easy access. Save fuel and ride more often, having your horse closer to where you live. We are offering a limited number of stalls on our property. Please call to schedule a time and stop by for a tour.

Boards starts at $290.00/ month. Stalls are cleaned on a daily basis in the morning by the facility.
*Quality hay, stored inside the barn, not outside in the weather. Grass / alfalfa mix. More grass than alfalfa.
*The facility will feed grain you provide.
*All stalls have spacious shelter under the barn lean-to.
* Stall mats.
* No mud when it rains and snows, as we haul in a sand mixture for the entire barnyard area.
* All stalls have large runs. 12' to 27' wide. 50' to 90' long.
* We also have a larger area (dry lot) for turn-out.
* Large, lighted, lockable, weather and mouse proof tack rooms. Tack rooms have keyless entry, so no keys to carry around or remember.
*An area is provided within the barn to store grain, thus freeing up additional space within your tack room.
* Automatic waterers, provides clean fresh water constantly. Heated in winter.
* Lights under lean-to for visibility.
* Large 4' OR 5' round galvanized tank provided for feeding hay off the ground.
* Two 60' Round pens. One open rail and the other closed sided. The closed sided r-pen walls are at an angle so you can ride within it without hitting your knees.

* Manure is hauled away on a regular basis to prevent excessive flies, bugs and odor.

* Mounting block, located just outside the barnyard fence for rides within the neighborhood.
