We are a small, full-service equine boarding facility with plenty of room both for your horse to stretch his legs and for you to focus on your riding, yet only 25 minutes north of Denver. On our spacious 25-acres we have an indoor arena, a regulation-sized dressage court and a large outdoor arena with jumps available. We also have an indoor tack-up area with plenty of storage available, hitching posts and an outdoor wash rack. Horses are fed quality hay and/or alfalfa twice a day, grain plus your supplements once a day, and have access to heated automatic waterers at all times. DEKO Ranch is a full service equestrian facility for all riding abilities. Our ranch is set up for team roping, cutting, barrel racing, reining, jumping and many other disciplines and welcomes all riding abilities. Outdoor Arena: 150 x 360 foot outdoor arena has a side alley and pens to accommodate cattle. The size of the arena allows for roping, reining, riding, barrel racing, cutting and more.

Round Pen: 50' Round Pen had deep footing and rubber kick walls. This is a great spot to work with a young horse or get some ground work done.

Indoor Arena: The indoor barn is 50 x 120 and has excellent footing. A dust palliative is added to make it enjoyable to ride year round.

Breezeway Barn: This extension off our indoor arena provides your horses with protection from the elements and a convenient location. Each of the 10 runs has a separate heated Nelson automatic waterer a heavy pipe fencing. 12 X 40 single horse runs

Outdoor Runs: We built these pens to last with heavy pipe fencing. Each pen has a heated Nelson automatic waterer and 12x12 sheltered area. Includes feeding twice daily and cleaning of pens as needed. Two horses will easily fit in these 30 x 50 runs.

Cottonwood Stables, LLC is a single-owned stable with a fun family environment. We are a clean caring facility located between 136th and 144th just east of Washington. We have approximately 5 acres of seasonal pasture turnout, several runs for every day turnout, a large outdoor round pen and an indoor riding arena (72 x 102). We also have a small outdoor jumping area in the fields. Cottonwood is located within a horse property community with riding areas and trails. All disciplines and breeds are welcome. Horse Boarding just east of I-25 and 136th Ave. Great location, with easy access. Save fuel and ride more often, having your horse closer to where you live. We are offering a limited number of stalls on our property. Please call to schedule a time and stop by for a tour.

Boards starts at $290.00/ month. Stalls are cleaned on a daily basis in the morning by the facility.
*Quality hay, stored inside the barn, not outside in the weather. Grass / alfalfa mix. More grass than alfalfa.
*The facility will feed grain you provide.
*All stalls have spacious shelter under the barn lean-to.
* Stall mats.
* No mud when it rains and snows, as we haul in a sand mixture for the entire barnyard area.
* All stalls have large runs. 12' to 27' wide. 50' to 90' long.
* We also have a larger area (dry lot) for turn-out.

Full care horse boarding includes hay 3 times a day(more is the weather is cold and damp), custom feeding program, heated water in the winter, sand clear product, pen cleaning. Most people who come to look comment on the large pens and the friendly horses. There is lots of room to ride, obstacles to train on, and many turnout pastures. Other amenities include, three large outdoor arenas, one lighted; five 60 ft. round pens, one lighted 70 ft. diameter round pen.
Private and group lessons for all ages and skill levels. Ongoing classes in agility, liberty, horsemanship- basics to advanced skills, trail obstacles. Promenade has various drill teams and participates in local parades. Horsemanship camps held during summer, Christmas and spring breaks.
Training philosophy is combination of natural horsemanship and classical dressage, what some call "New Age" horsemanship.
