True Flight Equine is now Offering Specialized Hunter/Jumper lessons, training, and boarding at our new facility located less than 10 minutes from the Duke University Hospital. Both trainers live on-site and have a B.S in Equine Science specializing in Hunter/Jumper training and instruction. We currently offer lessons and training on your horse or ours to take you and your horse to the next level. From the beginner rider to the rider looking to show on the AA circuit; and the weanling to the seasoned companion, we will create individualized plans to take you where you and your horse want to go. We offer individual and small group turnout, feeding 2-3 times daily, hot/cold water in the spacious wash rack, free choice timothy/orchard hay, no additional charges for blanketing, feeding supplements, holding for the vet/farrier. We are a private farm offering boarding and training - located minutes from downtown Southern Pines. Horses are provided with 12x12 stalls with pine shavings and individual turnout. A small number of horses on our property allows us to offer customized care. Lessons are available for riders and horses of all ability levels. Full care includes feeding top quality orchard and orchard/alfalfa mix up to four times a day and individual grain and supplement feeding to suit what is best for your horse. We have a beautiful sand and clay based arena with brand new jumps, ample pastures, and over 30 acres of manicured land for hacking and fitness. Our farm offers a professional and friendly atmosphere for riders of all ages. We live on the property and there is an equine veterinarian on the premises. White Star Farms has horses and riders competing in three-day eventing through the two-star level. A school horse is also available for children's lessons.
