Long wet winters and hot summers present Pacific Northwest horse owners with many unique challenges to maintaining healthy, sound horses.

Barefoot or shod, trail horse, show horse or pasture pet. As a professional farrier, my goal is to provide your horse with the well maintained and balanced feet they need to realize their full potential.

I am a graduate of Butler Professional Farrer School. I was taught by Dr. Doug Butler and his son Jacob Butler.

I have knowledge and experience in therapeutic shoeing, traditional shoeing, barefoot trims, glue-on shoes, and shoeing techniques for various diseases of the foot and lameness prevention. Whenever I have any free time, I like to do blacksmithing, attending clinics, providing free clinics, and furthering my education on the hoof and the health of the horse.

I work on all types of horses, as well as minis, donkeys, mules, goats, etc.

I served in the military for 8 years and strive to be punctual and will always communicate with you.

I love working with animals and will be gentle and patient with your horses. I understand that some horses are older and/or may redeemed some injuries that make them harder to handle. I try my best to accommodate that when working on them.
