I have shod horses in the southwest, northeast, and now the southeast. I am well versed in all aspects of barefoot hoofcare. I have a special interest in laminitic and metabolic horses. I have completed Eleanor Kellon's coursework, including the following courses: NRC Plus, Nutrition as Therapy, Cushings and Insulin Resistance, Understanding Bloodwork, and Comprehensive Care of the Older Horse. I have extensive experience in the application of all types of glue on hoof protection, including EasyCare, Renegade, Epona, and GluShu products.
